Thanks for sharing your profile. Overall you have a pretty strong profile, primary strengths being:
-GMAT, academics (and AI project in school sounds interesting)
-solid quantity and quality of work experience, particularly the points you included about your achievements and leadership roles etc
-not that you can help it, but you are part of a common applicant profile-- Indian IT applicants. Your challenge will be to focus on standing out (which I think you can, if you include and feature the points you made about your work experience here etc)
-not sure if you have many leadership and people management experiences to cite (but hopefully some you can include)
-could include more about your goals (obviously would need to in essays)
-essays/recs/interview-- likely much of your decision would wind up being based on these. Think of your essays as the one component of your application where you create something from scratch to represent who you are... so lots of potential here to make an impact and be remembered!!
As for schools, you should have a shot at the schools on your list, with Darden being a bit more challenging, and the rest I would think you should have a good chance with strong essays. In terms of brainstorming other schools, you may want to aim to match them with your longer-term goals, though you have a lot of different areas listed as long -term goals. For example, for Marketing you might want to add a school such as Kellogg (reach); Ross or Stern. Or for IT/tech, GA tech as you mentioned, or Tepper (. Finally, other programs known for entrepreneurship include Babson & Ross. Really depends on what programs you are most drawn to, and match your interests and goals, so I encourage you to keep researching!
Best of luck to you, let us know if you have other q's.
