going with E.

not only from the.........but also from the......is parallel.

ABD are out.

C and D change the meaning of the sentence.

It seems as if the professionals are making an increasing amount of requests.....!!

"whose requests".......here "whose" refers to professionals

E is best.

It has to be E.

not only from....but also from.. => perfect parallelism. So, C,D and E are in. But, C & D clearly distort the meaning. Thus, it has to be E.
