Tepper CMU Class of 2018: Calling all Admitted Students!!

Did not receive anything here as well after the admission offer.

No idea about any group as such... Don't think I will be able to join a Facebook group anyway because I haven't told anyone in my office as yet (any suggestions on when will be a good time to tell them/quit??) and a lot of them are added to my Facebook account (big mistake I know but can't help it now )

1. You should be able to get the email id of students from the school/club website. LinkedIn is another good option. Just email them. Someone is bound to reply

2. You will get the scholarship details in your admission offer.

3. Lot of interview debriefs are already available online and on gmatclub. Just google them!

rupeshsingh2020 Currently the students are having their exams so they may be busy with that. By next week when they go on their Christmas break, you will probably hear back from them.

Scholarship information is sent along with the admit letter.

I've been waiting on the same, but no group information as of now.

As for communication from Tepper, I only received one mail from them saying "Welcome to Tepper", but that was after I confirmed that I will be accepting the admission offer.

I hope a group is established soon, so we can have an idea on how to proceed from here.

BeatlesFan The safest time in my opinion to let them know of your MBA plans is after getting your F1 visa. So earliest you can tell them is in April if you go by my logic as no one is allowed to schedule an interview for F1 before 4 months of your day of entering US. Hope this helps!

First of all congrats for the admits. Can't wait to meet you all next fall.

Some of the frequent queries I got and I just want to clarify to all for benefit to everybody:
1) Tepper has 4 class day model. Mondays to thursdays. Every Friday we have beers in campus. That is an opportunity for everybody to network with fellow 1st years, 2nd years, part time and alums (if there is an alum in campus). Personal experience, you will be more busy on weekends than weekdays
2) Tepper is quite costly, so one of the financing option which I took is Prodigy Finance. You guys can evaluate that.
3) Please don't ask me about Tepper Vs XYZ. You guys need to decide about that and be matured about it.
4) Do start your ReVera as soon as you accept. For international students, it takes some time.
