Hi ,

I got an admit from Boston Univ with around 70% fee waiver and an admit from Tepper with 4k scholarship.

Boston Univ's fee waiver is amazing but Tepper has the CMU brand significance.

Can you please help me choose wisely

Well Tepper is much higher ranked... but what I suggest is to visit if you can. Go to the place that is best for you. Also, I wouldn't presume to advise based on financial considerations... for that, I think you need to figure it out for yourself, given your finances, life, family, etc....
