I think the answer is B.
compose of tissue = tooth tissue(imply) and bone tissue(imply)
So the usage of "like" is correct.

E...it should be "Such as"

you are missing the word "as" in option E.

Yah E. I do not know why but I saw few OG SCs that prefer "in that" to "because".

"Such as" is also proper in A, D and E.

Further, I guess you missed "as" after 'such' in E.

Now that I look at it again- A looks more correct than E.

I would say B as well. I thought in that is mainly out of use, according to the OG.

I pick E.

A seems wrong because it lacks 'that are' after 'tooth and bone'. I don't think we can assume that this is implied. the use of 'tissues' after 'bone' in E takes care of this problem.

'such as' should be used because tooth & bones are examples of tissue type.

What's the OA?

OA is E.

There is a lot of contradiction. Lot of sources say that in that is out of use and here is another example where it is correct!

OA E explanation:

Only E, the best choice, clearly states that teratomas consist of tissues such as tooth and bone, and that such tissues are not normally found in the organ with the teratoma. Clear statement of this fact requires the repetition of tissues to establish the appositive--tissues normally found.... Without such repetition, A and B imprecisely state that the tooth and bone, as opposed to the tissues, are not normally found in the affected organ. Choices B and C alter the meaning with the use of like', that is, they suggest that the tissues are not tooth and bone, but only like them. The confused syntax of D states that their composition, not the tissues, is found in the organ....

The OA is E.

BTW, there was no 'as' after 'such' in E on the paper test. I would have never picked it in this shape and hence went for B.
