Re: Test on Friday [#permalink]
Since you are 3 days away from the test, what will help you the most is to take each GMATPREP CAT twice, if not more . Why ? Simply because these are the official tests released by the GMAC and the questions on the actual GMAT will be close to what you will see on the tests. Also make sure that after you're done with a practice test, analyze it for at least an hour. Also taking tests will help you build the mental stamina to sit through the test; otherwise you may feel fatigued after an hour or two. Good luck!

Re: Test on Friday [#permalink]
cazca i scored a 480 on the real test.

I studied for about a month, and for like 80 accumulative hours and then scored another 480. the next 2 months after that jumped ~180-200 points though.

No advice for you, but a benchmark for you i dunno, maybe its useful

Re: Test on Friday [#permalink]
thanks for the replies.
raw score was Q-27 V-30.

I guess i'm going to concentrate on verbal (have been the last couple days) and tomorrow take practice test until Thursday night.

anon1, hopefully that will not be the case for me! :) Would love just to improve 10-50 pts. With such little time, I know it's asking alot.

Gonna check back for more replies later. For now, back to studying.

Thanks for the tips!

forgot to ask, can i use earplugs on the test?

I study with them (kids or whatever is going on in the house distracts me easily) and it really helps.
