Hi,

I have been practicing the MGMAt Free test and the GMAT PReP test 1 for last one month..my score was consistent around 640-660 on both tests with Q- (49-to-51) and verbal from as low as 28 to the highest 36.
REcently wrote MGmat test and eneded up with 710 (With few already seen questions)..then wrote GMATPrep with the same expectations but ended up with 600..then 620...was unsure if its the wrong time in the day I am writing the test or what...and i hate the font of GMATPrep.

How do I improve my verbal score to get a consistent 700+? There is this fatigue i feel look at GMATPRep..how do i get over this
Silly questions may be.

Your question is not silly at all. I have the same problem.
I explain it to myself with different levels of concentration.

It's pretty common to get wildly different scores on practice exams. It sounds like you're first order of business is to get comfortable with verbal questions. One way to get comfortable is through practicing lots of verbal questions in the official guide.

As for your discomfort with GMATPrep, it's not uncommon for people to struggle with the transition to GMATPrep. The GMATPrep format is not elegant and the font stinks, but it's also a problem of making the transition to real GMAT questions. The only way to get comfortable is exposure. Your practice in the OG will help, and you can also do additional GMATPrep work, including GMATPrep 2.0 (skip the IR if you take the GMAT before June 5th).
