Anyone else get this error message when trying to post?

You must be a member for 5 days and have 5 posts before you can post urls.

I'm not trying to post any URLs, making this error a little confusing.

We solved the problem the last time. Does anyone still experience this problem? If yes, I need more details about what exactly happens and maybe a screenshot too.
