Does anyone here have an interview invite for R2 submitted applications? I submitted mine on the 29th of October and I am yet to receive any information on the status of my application. usually how long do they take to review our applications? When can I expect an interview invite if any?

Congrats on the admits and scholarships! Would you mind sharing your profile to get an idea of what your background is. I'm very interested in schools in TX, having recently moved to Houston for work and it would be alot easier to leave my job if I was able to secure scholarships.

just got an interview call. What kind of questions do they ask ? Is it a disadvantage to have the interview on skype rather than on campus ?

Regarding the essays, how many words are you limiting each essay to? Double spaced 2 pages is >1000 words. Any other factors that need to be considered,for eg- font, margins,etc  Thanks

Thanks Dont think there are any word limits. Just keep the size of the document within 2 pages with 11 font-Arial.

Or they aren't posting the updates I applied R3 and got an interview on Skype. my internet connection kept going offline so we switched to phone. the interviewer also asked some weird questions such as what I did in the four months between college graduation and graduate school (I have advanced degree), what other offers I have etc. anyway, the interview was terrible. I was interviewed on Friday and denied on Monday.
