Thank you note question [#permalink]
12 Oct 2009, 16:10
Hey guys, I have kind of a dumb question. The card my interviewer gave me has the generic admissions e-mail address on it. Do I still address my thank you note to my interviewer? Should I make it generic? It seems not so good so just not send one.

I had that happen to me with my Kellogg interviewer last year. I sent a hard copy thank you letter to her at the admissions office mailing address, since I had no idea who would be checking the generic admissions email address.

My interviewer was showcasing a card sent by one of the applicants. It was something like fifty words and I did not read the whole content for fear of being noticed.

I thought of that after I posted, so I did the same thing this morning. Sounds like it was the right choice.
