The argument is that "The burden of maintaining the U.S. highway system falls disproportionately on the trucking industry." Choice B justifies why the burden falling on the trucking industry is NOT disproportionate. rafiaiqbal wrote: how does B weaken the argument? can any1 explain plzzz?
