E)..."will purchase" and "will make". its A) or E)...A) is out b/c a nonrestrictive clause is not appropriate in this case.

Although I ended up picking B first, since everything is in simple-present.
But then I realized E is more appropriate -- as the deal is pending and only after the completion will the company become no. 1 player.

a) Incorrect: "which" is the relative pronoun that modifies the noun immediately preceding it: "million." However, this does not make sense.
b) Incorrect: "a part" is incorrectly modified by the initial clause
c) Incorrect: "part of deal making" changes the meaning of the sentance
d) Incorrect: Infinitive "to make" is not neccessary

I pick E because "will make" is correct in this context.
