worried about is the correct idiom

worried over is wrong A & B are out

C to me is clear, concise and parallel. uses worried about correctly

D & E are long and no need for in that/because.

D also uses they to refer to singular administration

My pick is C. What is the OA?

IMO C
worried about is the correct idiomatic construction

"worrying over" is also an idiom.

The other way to think about it is A is wordier than C -- being is unnecessary.

In this SC the highlighted part is a modifier which modifies "administration"

The current administration, being worried over some foreign trade barriers being removed and our exports failing to increase as a result of deep cuts in the value of the dollar, has formed a group to study ways to sharpen our competitiveness.

IC,DC,IC ->structure of the SC.
Usually the DC start with a participle and hence I fell for the "worrying over" trap
"worrying" would still be OK if it were used in the form "worrying about" and the ",also over" was replaced by "and"
worrying over - is used when one wants to refer to action.
Worrying about - is used when one wants to refer to nouns.
