I can eliminate D, and E for wrong comparisions ( dancing dolls sales vs Tiny trucks themselves), and B for akward construction ( what the Basic Block's sales ..)

Now it is between A and C.. both look really close but A has clear meaning (the Basic Blocks line’s sales) So I go with A.

IMO A.

I am down to just (A) and (C) as well for comparison error.

(D) and (E) are comparing the dancing doll line to the teeny tine trucks --> wrong comparison.
(B) - I don't like the construct of this sentence, though I can't really say what's exactly wrong with it.

Between (A) and (C), I went with (A) because (A) compares all the different lines of toys, whereas (C) compares the dancing doll line/teeny tiny trucks line to just the Basic Blocks' sales.

What's the OA?

i think that this is not a good question. 'three times more than' and 'three times as much as' don't mean the same.

The problems with B, D and E have been addressed in the above posts.
The real problem is narrowed down to A and C.

C) the Teeny Tiny Trucks line sold and nearly three times as much as Basic Block’s sales

In C, thit omits the Basic Block's LINES which is probably an important piece of information.
