try to substitute the pronouns:

The diaspora are facing the pull of two cultures—the pull of their homeland and the pull of their new country.

Then substitute again; (4) offers correct substitution.

that of...that of.... for correct comparison

"Those of" cant be used for an imaginary thing like "Pull" so it shud be "That of" and option 4 works well for || use of That of in both cases.
