Sorry guys , I have also started to think its B.

B.People with reversed perceptions of black and white would not choose their words any differently from anyone else.

According to passage people will learn to call a color what others call , therefore it can be inferred that they will not call the color something other than what they are taught.

Just a bit off topic , Will it help to solve a couple of LSAT logic problems every now and then?
My friend gave me a couple of LSAT tests , I just want to know if they are not off topic and waste of time....

this is a very simple question. option A is not confusing at all. it says 'some people are born with reversed perception' how can that be ascertained ? suppose no one is born with reversed perception ? we have no way to know so A is out no doubt.

CDE are all garbage , only B is consistent with the 'suppose...'

and OA is B , i have confirmed after googling this question.

B seems more of an assumption answer choice.Negating it breaks down the proof itself. :)
