C.

1) Insufficient
2) Insuffuicient. Many different rectangles could be drawn with a diagonal of 18.

1+2, Sufficient. only one square with a diagonal of 18 could be drawn.
AB^2 = AD^2 / 2
AB= 18/Sqrt(2)

(C) it is.
1) square ok! but no measurements
2) radius, but we don't have the angle CAB, say angle AOB (O is the center)
But combining two we know angle CAB is 90, hence AB = 18/sqrt(2).

I would go with C as well...

A= not sufficient

B = not too...
combining both we have the diameter as 18 which is the diagnol of the given sqr...

hope that helps!

Have fun :)
