If B is true, then one can argue that the labeling of foods made with artificial sweetener as "sugar-free" is important because diabetic patients depend on this labeling.

Thus, B can potentially challenge the conclusion and is the correct answer.

I vote for B!
It's the only reasonable choice that explains why removing a sugar-free lable will not be a good idea.

A) improves; D) is irrelevant; B), C), and E) weaken and B) is the best.
