You can arrive to E by using the contrapositive method:

In stimulus:
X -> Y
Lack of professional experience and maturity (are the reasons) -> inability to design a good curricula

Using contrapositive method:
Not Y -> Not X
Ability to design a good formula (follows from) -> professional experience and maturity.

Option A: Repitition of the premise and hence does not affect the argument

Option B:- Has no effect on the argument

Option C:- Has no effect on the argument

Option D:- Weakens the argument

Option E:- Strengthens the argument

Hence option E should be the answer. IMO - E

please post the OA when you post the question on such an important site. People are seriously studying on this site.

Why not A??
Experience does not necessarily mean education...
There might be teachers who are not highly qualified, but on the basis of their experience they are still teaching.
So A can't be a re-statement of the premise.
We can see this trend around us.. If a person has experience, that does not necessarily mean that he/she is educated.

There is an issue with E...
These are high-school students, they are already familiar with educational life..

Both of the options arent strong enough. Years of familiarity is ambiguous... High school students do have 6-7 years of experience with educational life... Still would chosoe E as the lesser of two evils.. Poorly worded q IMO.. Source?
