The mass of 1 cubic meter of substance is 800 Kilograms. What is the volume, in cubic centimeters, of 1 gram of this substance? (1 Kilogram = 1000 grams, and 1 cubic meter = 1,000,000 cubic cm)

one cubic meter is for 800 kilograms, so to know the volume of one kg, we can divide 1 by 800.
here what we need is in different units, so convert cubic meter and kilograms and then divide.
hope this helps
