I would pick E to show a relationship between the two actions, although i´m not sure about the use of "attack as"... Although, i´m almost sure it´s not A.

The test has been attacked as dated and culturally biased not the attacks are dated and culturally bi which is what C, D, E are saying.

A seems to say the same thing too.

Only B survives. The test has been attacked as dated and .... and is being revised.

I think this one of those cases where being is not wrong in GMAT.

B is the answer.

B uses being which is a NO NO on GMAT

(A) is finally being revised, after many attacks recently as dated and culturally baised
- sentence is disjointed

(B) has recently been attacked as dated and culturally biased and is finally being revised

(C) is finally under revision for receiving much recent attack as dated and culturally baised
- ...under revision for receiving... is not idiomatic

(D) was finally revised recently because it is being attacked as dated and culturally biased
- 'is being attacked' is inappropriate with 'was finally revised'

(E) is finally to be revised after recent attacks as dated and culturally baised

Between B and E, I'll go with B. The present perfect 'has recently been' tells us the system was attacked in the past for being outdated and biased, and that is still a fact today. 'being revised' tells us that the process of revision has not started but will start soon and it comes after prolonged attack on the system.

B it is.
