It is C. We need to know the unit price of both the digital camera as well the Video camera in order to find the avg price.

What we have as data from the question stem is
D = 2V (no of Digital Camera(D) sold = twice the Video Camera (V))

What we are asked to find is

(D*Dp + V*Vp)/(D + V) = ?

we D = 2V, substituting we have (2Dp + Vp)/3 = ?

So,Dp= unit price of Digital camera and Vp= unit price of Video camera are essential.
