idiom is not only X but also Y.
X and Y must be parallel in structure.
Its parallel in only B.

would A be correct if i re-write it as ".....but also those on...."

bhushangiri: just wondering... if we add 'those' in option A, will the idea of 'tied to the prime' be clear?
