P(A occurs) = 1/2
P(A does not occur) = 1/2

P(B Occurs) = 2/5
P(B does not occur) = 3/5

P(A nor B occur) = P(A does not occur) AND P(B does not occur) = 1/2 * 3/5 = 3/10

P(A occurs) = 0.5
P(A does not occur) = 0.5

P(B Occurs) = 0.4
P(B does not occur) = 0.6

P(!A)P(!B) =0.5 x 0.6
= 0.3
