(1) m is odd.
(2) The hundreds digit of m is 8

Ans A

From statement 1 we know that 96 = 2x2x2x2x2x3 And if the m is odd then the units digit must be 3 as 3 is the only odd factor of 96

From statement 2 we know that the m begins w/ 8 but could be 834, 843, 862 or 826
