It is not good question because all answer is bad
the good answer need to show the change in % of men vs. women enrolled..
A, B,C clearly out for not mention these kind of relation
E and D at least touch the point.
E doesn't even tell you about anything about man enrolled.
D at least talks about that kind of enrolled... so it is better. (even though it is still far from helping us to make any kind of conclusion)
