I think B, good question
We have to defend the view that the superstores are responsible for the close of many small firms. B explains how the superstores influenced the market. Although superstores still retain a small share of the market, their advertising did damage to small firms

B, I guess.
Superstores pricing has relative effect on other retailers, thus keeping the price low. No matter how small the superstore market is, its effect is big.
