My choice would be B because I think " cannot be foreseen " is better than " unforseeable"

(A) 'they' has no antecedant
(B) Good, let's keep
(C) "they" has no referrant
(D) competition with "B" but "B" is better because of "weather conditions that cannot be foreseen"

By the sound of it, I know that "Weather conditions that cannot be foreseen" is better than "weather conditions that are not foreseeable". Can anyone explain why.
