is ", that" in B is right? ", which" is right I guess. NO?

I will go with B. "as" can be replaced with "because" without changing the meaning of the sentence. Debated with C, but then the sentence should have read

Really a tough choice between A and B....will do a guess on it and pick B.

tough one.
Will go with B.
I think "that is necessary to introduce the dependent clause. I almost went with C, because I thought it sounded better. But "as" is better to show examples, as is the case with Bethlehem Steel in the STeel industry.
