IMO A. Seems fit with the rest of the sentence.
B- usage of "with" implies illogical meaning.
C- "and" & "also"-redundant
D- close contender, but A is better
E- run on sentence

Do post the source. Without the source mentioned, there will always be a doubt on the credibility of the question.

The television report identified two of those pictured as Mr. Nguyen's daughter Vi-An as well as her own daughter.

A. daughter Vi-An as well as and would be preferred, its concise. As well as would work better as an idiom her - Both...X as well as Y
B. daughter Vi-An with with does not work in this example
C. daughter, Vi-An, and also as and also as - incorrect construction
D. daughter Vi-An and Correct
E. daughter—Vi-An—also awkward

IMO, answer is D. Could you please provide OA?
