(1) The units digit of 2X is less than the units digit of X.
(2) The tens digit of 2X is 7.

For both (1) and (2):

34*2 = 68 N
35*2 = 70 Y
36*2 = 72 Y
37*2 = 74 Y
39*2 = 78 Y

Both are SUFF.
