A: worldwide, a celebration in which creatively decorated floats marching bands, and horses come together, moving in a procession
B: worldwide, it is a celebration where creatively decorated floats, marching bands, and horses are coming together to move in a procession
C: worldwide and a celebration in which creatively decorated floats, marching bands, and horses come together, move in a procession
D: worldwide, is a celebration in which creatively decorated floats, marching bands, and horses come together to move in a procession - CORRECT
E: worldwide, is [a] celebration in which creatively decorated floats, marching bands, and horses are collaborating, it moves in a procession - missing 'a'

IMO D...

Guys, just don't get questions from anywhere.. If you don't have the OA, then try google to it first.. I advise you not to post any such questions.. cos you might see people arguing over stupid choices leading to nothing and the knowledge and understanding getting hampered in the process...

Hi temp33, thanks for your discerning opinion.

However, you would agree with me that there has been a 100% consensus over the choice of (D);
I also chose D, but need to reinforce its acceptance based on constructive evaluation from those
who know better than i do. In effect, this is unlikely one of those questions that elicit
unnecessary arguments "over stupid choices."

I appreciate your opinion and the criticism, nonetheless;
