Here is my explaination -
Clearly it is between A and B. B says most diseases are preventable. This means if you negate it then there are few diseases that are preventable right ? It might still be worth it to prevent them provided the cost of preventaion + screening is not more than treating the disease. ( Again people who think this deserve to be in health insurene industry, gievn that they dont care about the pain and suffering of an individual )
