There is a tank where certain fluid is stored. The tank is full. There are five guys who take half of what is stored. The first guy takes half, the second takes half a remainder, and so on.

How much fluid in terms of the initial quantity will they take away?

It was from one of the old ones..could'nt understand the prob though..

first guy takes half, leaves half
second guy takes half a half (a quarter), leaves a quarter
third guy, en eighth
fourth guy a sixteenth
fifth guy, a thirty-second
