There is little point in looking to artists for insights into political issues. Most of them hold political views that are less insightful than those of any reasonably well-educated person who is not an artist. Indeed, when taken as a whole, the statements made by artists, including those considered great, indicate that artistic talent and political insight are rarely found together.
Which one of the following can be inferred from the passage?

(A) There are no artists who have insights into political issues.
(B) A thorough education in art makers a person reasonably well educated.
(C) Every reasonably well-educated person who is not an artist has more insight into political issues than any artist.
(D) Politicians rarely have any artistic talent.
(E) Some artists are no less politically insightful than some reasonably well-educated persons who are not artists

will post oa later

although it seems a bit extreme my vote goes to C

(A) There are no artists who have insights into political issues. --- Statement says artists have little insight
(B) A thorough education in art makers a person reasonably well educated. -- out of scope/not mentioned.
(C) Every reasonably well-educated person who is not an artist has more insight into political issues than any artist. -- seems correct
(D) Politicians rarely have any artistic talent. ---reverse cause n effect,
(E) Some artists are no less politically insightful than some reasonably well-educated persons who are not artists -- contradicts whats stated in the statement

The language in the stimulus is weak, so the correct answer will also have weak language. Any definite or too strong statement can be rulled out.

(A) There are no artists who have insights into political issues.
There could be some.

(B) A thorough education in art makers a person reasonably well educated.
Out of scope

(C) Every reasonably well-educated person who is not an artist has more insight into political issues than any artist.
Too strong reasoning. There can be one artist who has more insight into political issues than well-educated non artist.

(D) Politicians rarely have any artistic talent.
This could be the reversed reasoning. The stimulus is talking about artists, not politics.

(E) Some artists are no less politically insightful than some reasonably well-educated persons who are not artists
This is the correct answer. The stimulus tells that most, not all artist have less insightfull wies, also there can be at least one or two, who have no less insightfull view.

My Answer has to be E as well. Some artists (very few) are as politically insightful as some reasonably educated non-artists
