the other answer choices are either quite opposite to the author's views or are somewhat close to what was stated but not as clearly as he makes this point.

I did get #8 wrong... I chose B as i misread the question... this would actually strengthen his view... the other choice C implies that even smaller companies are not doing enough R&D so it weakens his point that they do more research and innovate.



I see your points. I make the same mistake in 8, I get it now.
