I am stuck between 3 and 4

Seems like the disk is found in the store as well as the text

'a tax return' is ok. Its like saying '5 out of 7 people would buy a Hybrid car in the future...'
I think its 5. All in singular. makes sense.

I wud go for A.
Reasons:
2 and 5 : Improper usage of 'a tax return'. Not sure if tax returns can be singular.
3 : seems like many disks are found in an accounting text
4 : seems to suggest that the disk is found only in one software store and in one accounting text
