this is how i approached it total way to choose 4 ppl is

this is how i approached it

total way to choose 4 ppl is 12C4

total ways - where 2 ppl are married to each other

= 12C4 - 6C2 (thats 4 ppl) / 12C4

can some one please explain the problem with this appraoch
