those needs plural reference. Hence C. E is not parallel

C. In parallel structure, the structure of second clause / phrase / word needs to be followed for others.

Since, "must" is not repeated in the second phrase "have unshakable self-confidence", hence "must" is not required in the third phrase either.

My choice is C,
B, D, E are not parallel with the sentences. There are only A and C left. It can not be "yourself" >>>> so C
