Hi Stacy Blackman,

Would appreciate your thoughts on my application which I will submit this Fall. I applied to H/S/W in R2 back in 2011 and got Rejected/Rejected/WL through Summer. Here it is:

Background: White American Male
GMAT: 760 -- 48m / 45v (99% -- 82% m / 98% v)
College: 3.7 GPA in Computer Information Systems from a middle-of-the-road business school
College ECs: Math/Statistics Tutor; Resident Assistant; Study Abroad; Intramural Sports
Career: 2-Years in MM Investment Bank doing M&A (Analyst)
2-Years in MM PE doing Leveraged Buyouts (Pre-MBA Associate)
2.5-Years at matriculation in different MM PE firm doing Leveraged Buyouts (Post-MBA Associate --- Note my role is Partner track and an MBA is no longer required, but I'm still going to apply. I manage three pre-MBA associates).
Post-College EC: Very active soccer player, including multiple rec leagues as well as a 2-year stint on an amateur soccer team
Community Service: Key member of steering committee for annual financial fair for high school students; Misc. manual volunteer work
Other: Self-taught advanced Spanish language proficiency (I read Spanish books and hold conversations)
Post-MBA: Either return to my current PE shop or, if I matriculate at W-Lauder, pursue a global business development role outside the U.S. at an international company.

My target schools this time around are:
Harvard (Re-app) (If it matters, I'm a legacy through an uncle)
Wharton-Lauder (Re-app, though the Lauder part is new)
Kellogg
Booth
MIT

I recognize that I have a decent shot at each of these schools, so my specific questions are:
1) What value do you think an admissions consultant could add to my profile / positioning? I did not use a consultant the last time around.
2) While it is likely too late to fix them, do you see any weaknesses in my profile that I should consider addressing in my application?
3) Not sure how many W-Lauder applicants go through your shop, but should I reconsider applying for this program given my lack of international work experience?
4) I'm technically in a post-MBA role with a direct path to Partner. Any tips on effective ways to position this in my application?

Many thanks for your consideration and review!
