Greetings folks,

This past friday, I was accepted into the Tulane PMBA program in Houston with only 8 months of post graduate work experience. What are your thoughts on Tulane? According to their packet and a few online sources, they are tanked in the top 50 for both their EMBA and business school as a whole, but I cannot find anything about their PMBA rank.

Are you looking to stay in Houston? Work in Energy?

They have decent connections in the area and if it works well with your work schedule and your getting some assistance from work to pay for it then its not bad at all. For PMBA options in the Houston area you dont have many options.

yes.

my entire family, all my friends and my occupation are all in Houston. I applied to Tulane because I wanted to make a lateral move into oil and gas, but I am starting to get concerned over the national rank of the school. Does this really play that big of a factor when it comes to post graduate recruitment?
