Thunderbird or California State,Fullerton [#permalink] New post 04 Apr 2012, 01:08

Hi folks,

I have an admit from Thunderbird as well as from California State university, Fullerton.I am having a tough time deciding which one to go for.

Thunderbird is a brand. But its location is an issue. It might not offer good job opportunities on campus.Plus I am not getting any scholarship. So, its like spending 50 lacs.

On the other hand, california has a good job market. And CSUF is cheaper. But leaving a brand name like Thunderbird for CSUF..?? Is it worth. Moreover, State Univs are nowhere in ranking as well.
Please suggest. :?

Heres my honest opinion Orange County has a strong job market. Thunderbird is brand, but location is not good. What do you want to do and what school is honestly the strongest is what you should be asking. Personally I would suggest Fullerton its California, but I personally dont know about Thunderbird to make really say anything about it. I would spend some time researching the faculty for the area you want to focus on. Choose which one will benefit your career the most.

Best of Luck,
