Sorry if this has been asked before, but was curious on knowing if and where I could find a list of schools that fall into tier 1, 2, and 3? Was curious to know? Regards and thanks.

You can check the following link for more specific discussions on the clusters: http://gmatclub.com/forum/b-school-reviews-116/.

See below for the list (in alphabetical order) of the Ultra Elite, Elite and Trans Elite schools based on this website.

Ultra Elite
Chicago (Booth)
Columbia Business School
Harvard Business School
MIT (Sloan)
Northwestern (Kellogg)
Penn (Wharton)
Stanford GSB

Elite
Berkeley (Haas)
Cornell (Johnson)
Dartmouth (Tuck)
Duke (Fuqua)
Michigan (Ross)
NYU (Stern)
UCLA (Anderson)
Virginia (Darden)
Yale SOM

Trans Elite
Carnegie Mellon (Tepper)
Emory (Goizueta)
UNC (Kenan-Flagler)
USC (Marshall)
UT Austin (McCombs)

In my opinion, Georgetown (McDonough) should be added to the Trans Elite cluster.
