Re: Time has run out? [#permalink]
Is there any way we can get official confirmation.

Suppose I have finished my AWA or Quant well before the time and I have 5 mins spare, what I can do is, I can select my last answer and will ask the staff for the break and when 5 mins are over it will automatically start the 8 min timer? It should work that way.

What is actually.?

It will NOT work that way!

I asked the facilitator the exact same question! So I just sat in front of the computer and did nothing! Stretched a bit, then with one minute left I raised my arm, clicked confirm on the last question and took my regular brake.

If I understood the facilitator correctly they can not do that as they have to sign you in and out for unscheduled breaks and they have to end a section for you if (and only !!! if you want to take a break after it). As they can not sign you out for an unscheduled break and for the scheduled break at the same time, they can not let you have one big break. If you tell them that you are finished with your session and want to take a break, the program will start the 8 minute break. There is no workaround to this except to sit in front of your screen and enjoy some extra free time if you finish a section early
