You're fine with the grad degree -- it's just a matter of disclosing the fact in an optional essay (1-2 sentences at most) just stating that you did it over 5 years while working full-time. Nothing wrong with that and it won't cause any concern.

Just apply to the schools you listed. You should be competitive for the schools you listed assuming your work experience is solid.
