Now what is "flood protection" :oops: have I tried too many Qs in a row ? FYI- yes I did try more than 20 or so ..but what the heck why timer should shy away from it's responsibilities .... any help apprecitaed!

The timer is a great tool....but why is it disabled in some forums?...esp the question of the day pleaces?
