Dear All,

I have been studying for the GMAT for far too long...but fortunately my GMAT battle is almost over! My test date is on the 11th of July so I have around 4 weeks left to study. Last week I did a CAT test from Manhattan and i scored 590 (35Q, 35V), this was my highest score ever for GMAT. Today I did a GMAC Prep test and I scored 550 (34Q, 31V).

My quant score varies from 32 to 38. And since last week I am scoring above 30 for verbal (after I studied PowerScore). I am making progress, but it goes very slowly... For quant I want to stabilize my score to at least 38, but to be in a safer zone I want to raise it to 41. For verbal I want to stabilize my score to at least 35.

I got the feeling that I am almost there...but still I haven't managed to break the 600 barrier. Can someone please give me any tips or strategies on how I can increase my score the next time and get my dream score of 600+? What should I do to increase my score to 41 for math? And what should I do to stabilize my verbal score to 35?

I got the following resources:
- Official Guide 13th edition
- MGMAT books
- PowerScore Critical Reasoning
- PowerScore Sentences Correction
- Magoosh

I would be very thankful for some advice.

Thanks for your time and effort

For quant:

GMAT club math book & GMAT club test!

Do all the 600 level questions, understand the solutions, why correct and why wrong.
Find the quickest solutions to the questions ( 2 minutes).

Do this and you should be good to go. All the best!

Hmm...since you have only four weeks left, you should try your best to focus very specifically on the areas in which you need help. Don't waste time relearning concepts you have already mastered. Also, if timing is an issue -- this is a relatively easy skill to master.
