To Anyone That Has Been Dinged/Denied by UCLA Femba

I apologize if I sound like I'm beating a dead horse; I guess as I'm in the middle of studying the GMAT, my nerves are beginning to unravel now that I realize the exam may be harder than I had anticipated. I graduated undergrad with a 2.71 GPA, have 9 years of work experience in a relatively high paying career (200-300k), but have not taken the GMAT yet. I was wondering if anyone would mind sharing their profile/stats who did not get accepted to UCLA's FEMBA program. I feel that the websites have these generic 80% range GPA/GMAT scores, but it would really calm my nerves to hear real life stories to reassure me of possibilities/chances from the normal deviation. I understand that there are always outliers and great success stories, but it would definitely be nice to hear from the normal deviation crowd as well. I do notice that GMAT club forum posts a graph of all the accepted applicants, but I can't seem to find the profiles of who did get dinged. Please feel free to private message me as well and I will be forever in your debt, thank you!

Go to previous year's FEMBA discussion thread. On first post click on 'Detailed Applicant List' to see the profiles of all applicants, including those who are denied. Check out this screenshot https://screencast.com/t/FZnVj7Au

If you have 680 GMAT with 2.7 GPA and has had a successful career so far, I would say go for it.
Generally speaking, the older you are, the less your undergrad GPA matters. Your GMAT would be a better indicator of your MBA success. Sure, a 700+ GMAT would be even better and certainly would look better, but you may just have what it takes. The fact that UCLA FEMBA has increased its enrollment 4 years ago helps you a lot.
I highly encourage you to go the open house and talk to the admission directors directly.
