This has been said many times before: You are likely to get better responses to your questions if you refrain from posting the answers upfront.

It cannot be E...Two reasons

1. Wrong comparison
2. It should be social and economic determinants than social and economical determinants.

BTW, you can still edit your post... My answer would be D...

I believe that E is wrong not because of "economical" but because of wrong comparison.

Now I am starting a new debate.
What should we use here "economic" or economical"?
As per below link, "aspects of social, political, and economical life" is correct. If this is correct then I think answer should be C.
http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=economic

The difference between "economic" and "economical" is subtle.
As per below link this is true:
The adjective economic means “dealing with finances, money matters, or wealthâ€

ps_dahiya , you might be right in saying that both economic and economical can modify nouns but we need to keep in mind what nouns could be modfied by them. Economical determinants would mean that the determinants are economical ( or spendthrift) which doesn't make much of a sense. Only economic, which means pertaining to Financial matter, could make any sense in the present context.

I think "D" makes more sense here.

Paramender,
Good initiative dude :)
IMO, if we need to use "economic" here to indicate "related to economics".
"Economical" is generally used for "easy on pocket" ;) situation.

I just looked for the dictionary.com link provided by Paramender, if you also see the link for "economical" the difference is clear :)

Economical: http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=economical --> Cheaper

Please clarify.
