What do you guys think the best strategy with a 4 month window, would be the best strategy to score between 550-600.

You did not say what your starting point is; many people score 550-600 just by going through the OG to review the topics that are being tested. Of course, some people need more review to get to that point, while others can score 600+ without any study at all. You need to find out where you stand now before anyone had help suggest what you should do in the future.
